Ali Forman and Cortney Pellettieri met 20 years ago at the Sundance Film Festival when Ali was producing indie films and Cortney was securing talent for E! Entertainment. They quickly bonded over their passion for connecting talent with brands and love of specialty cookies. Their paths would continue to cross at Paramount Studios, InStyle, Netflix and more as their ensuing careers covered talent management, talent relations, studio publicity, non-profit partnerships, entertainment editing and special projects.
